How to Return

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Chargebacks are not accepted and after settlement, a refund is no longer an option. No cancellations will be made once order is shipped. If you’re needing nails by a specific date, it is your job to purchase them in time or to contact our shop to make sure the package processes in time.

Lost or Stolen Items

QTQ Press-On Nails is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Once nails are shipped, you will need to keep track of where your package is left. Refunds will not be issued for wait times.

Exchanges

QTQ Press-On Nails is not responsible for wrong sizing. Refunds, set replacements or exchanges will not be issued.
